SHIPPING POLICY AND ORDER CUT OFF INFORMATION:
GROUND: All orders with free promotional shipping will be sent domestic ground shipping speed via UPS or USPS with an order processing time up to 5 days prior to shipment.
NEXT DAY AND NEXT DAY SAVER: All next day orders must be received by noon pst to be shipped that day.
All Next Day Order Requests received after noon pst will ship the next business day. All orders are processed to ship on week days and shipments will leave our facility on business days only, M-F.
Above order processing times apply to all expedited shipping speeds.
RETURNS/EXCHANGE SHIPPING POLICY:
All items being returned to Samira 13 are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
It is required that any returned packages be fully insured and tracking information provided to Samira 13 at time of return shipment.
Samira 13 is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages being returned to Samira 13. Return packages should be addressed to:
SAMIRA 13 and not SAMIRA 13 JEWELRY.
PRODUCTION INFORMATION AND BACKORDERS:
In an attempt to offer our customers the most variety and options that the Samira 13 Fine Jewelry Collection has to offer, some items are in-stock while others may need to be produced.
In the case that an item ordered is not in-stock, we will contact you within 3 business days with an approximate completion and ship date.
Production times can range from 1 week to 5 weeks depending on the demand of the item.
Samira 13 Jewelry's focus is to provide an exquisite, one of a kind, fine jewelry experience.
We always do our best to imitate items featured in product images.
Due to the "one-of-a-kind" nature of Natural Pearls in general, it is not always possible to replicate completely, as all Natural Pearls are not the same.
Because of this, please note that items my vary slightly from product images.
All in-stock items will be shipped USPS Express Overnight or USPS Priority Mail.
The dollar value of an item, may affect shipping speed unless specifically requested by the customer.
If an item ordered is out of stock and needs to be made, once production is complete, the item will ship USPS Express and a separate automatic email notification will be sent with all package and shipping information.
